The building located at 9 Nahum Goldman Street has been under the management of the Land Authority since 1948.

On March 12, 1969, the building was officially released by the Land Administration and transferred to the Islamic Waqf Trustees Committee in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Today the building consists of a commercial floor and two residential floors.

In the commercial section, there are four protected tenants, while on the residential floors there are two protected tenant housing units and one unit rented under a freehold contract.

Previously

He was living in the residential unit illegally.  The property was legally vacated by the intruder through an eviction lawsuit filed by the trustees committee.

The Board of Trustees is working at an advanced stage to obtain building permits aimed at adding new residential and commercial units, in a step that reflects an evolution in the management of endowment properties and expanding their use to serve the community.
