كان المبنى الواقع في شارع نحوم غولدمان رقم 11 تحت إدارة سلطة ألاراضي منذ  عام 1948.

On March 12, 1969, the building was officially released by the Land Administration and transferred to the Islamic Waqf Trustees Committee in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

يتكون من طابق تجاري، وطابق أول للسكن، وطابق سطح يحتوي على عدة وحدات سكنية.

منذ عام 2020، وبعد دخول لجنة الأمناء، تم تحرير محل تجاري في المبنى كان يشغله مستأجر محمي لم يدفع المستحقات لفترة طويلة. اليوم، أصبح هذا المكان مركزاً
