كان المبنى الواقع في شارع نحوم غولدمان رقم 13 تحت إدارة سلطة ألاراضي منذ  عام 1948.

On March 12, 1969, the building was officially released by the Land Administration and transferred to the Islamic Waqf Trustees Committee in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
