Waqf Yaffa is a charitable endowment institution dedicated to protecting and caring for Islamic endowments in the city of Jaffa, and preserving the Islamic identity and rich history of this holy city.

2.2 Minimum Age for Donation

Donations on this website are permitted only for persons aged 18 years or older. By using this website and completing a donation, you confirm that you have reached the required legal age.

If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making any donation.

2.3 Nature of Donations

All donations made through this website are:

• Voluntary and non-binding donations
• Non-refundable once the transaction is completed
• Used exclusively to support Waqf Yaffa’s charitable and religious activities and projects
• Do not represent the purchase of goods or services

2.4 Donation Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the charitable nature of donations, all donations are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

However, in exceptional cases (such as an error in entering the donation amount or duplicate transaction by mistake), the donor may contact us within 7 business days from the date of donation to request a review.

• Clearly explain the reason for the request

Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of 1981, and a response will be provided within 14 business days.

2.5 Donation Processing and Receipts

• All donations are processed immediately through a secure payment gateway
• A donation receipt will be sent to the provided email within 48 business hours
• An additional copy of the receipt can be requested at any time by contacting us
• Receipts are used for personal and tax purposes in accordance with applicable law

2.6 Delivery Policy (for commemorative products if any)

In case the Waqf offers commemorative products or physical certificates of appreciation:

• Delivery method: Registered mail or authorized shipping companies
• Delivery time: Within 14-21 business days from the order date
• Delivery costs: Free for donations exceeding a certain amount (specified on the donation page)
• Self-pickup: Available from the Waqf office on Sunday-Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (prior reservation required)
